RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, return unopened packages within 30 days for a full refund of the product cost (excluding shipping charges).  

For opened packages, the refund will be based on the quantity returned.  IMPORTANT NOTE:  Please do not return fuel additive tablets if the blister has been opened and the tablet is exposed as this may violate US shipping regulations.

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Return product in the original packaging.  The packaging is designed to meet US Department of Transportation regulations for our specific products.
• Include your name, contact information, invoice number and approximate date of purchase so that we credit the correct account.
• Please include a brief explanation about why you are returning the product.
• Keep tracking information to ensure credit for the return of the product.

CANCELLATIONS

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed on line, please call us immediately at the numbers below.  We will do our best to cancel the order prior to shipment.
