Shipping Information - US

Currently our site is set up to ship via UPS in the US.  If you have special shipping requirements, please let us know before submitting your order. UPS does not ship to PO Box addresses.

Our fuel additive products are technically flammable, but our packaging and shipping is designed to meet special regulations for safe handling and delivery.  

Checkout Problems

If you have any difficulties with the checkout process, pricing questions or other issues, please send us an email through the Contact Us page or call us at 1-800-547-1503 / 1-562-690-9336.  Please let the operator know you have a technical question regarding checkout on the web site, and you will be directed to someone who can assist you.  Someone is available between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. (PST) Monday - Friday.  

International Shipments

For assistance with shipments outside the US and Canada, please contact us.  Our online checkout process is not currently formated to process international orders. 

We do ship internationally, but the costs are significantly higher.  To be cost effective, you will want to order in large quantities.  Please let us know the quantity and where you want to ship and we will get the information for you. 

Many of our fuel additive products are technically considered as flammable and are thus dangerous goods.  Each country sets the guidelines for products that are shipped into their country and some do not allow door-to-door service.  Our staff is experienced in international shipping, and will help find the quickest and most economical shipping options.
